CNBLUE Promises to Build Second School with World Tour Donations

In March 2012, CNBLUE built the first ′CN Blue School′ in Burkina Faso, known as one of the poorest countries of Africa. The school was named after the group, and the group has been donating parts of its profits from album and concert ticket sales to the management of the school.

Over 100 children currently attend  CNBLUE School, and it also holds a kindergarten and after school programs and provides meals.

The band will continue with the project in the future, and aim to build its second school.

A rep from  CNBLUE′s agency FNC Entertainment told enews on April 4, “ CNBLUE will be hosting a world tour to go through Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Europe, starting in Taiwan on April 6. With the new donations it plans to bulid its second school.”

From 2nd floor :

it’s a space for creation. There are A,B,C three recording studios and two band performing rooms. FTisland Minhwan is practicing there.

At 3rd floor

offices for office workers and nine producers’ rooms. Two out of nine rooms are for CNBLUE Yonghwa and Jonghyun. They come here without even office workers’ notice and make music.

4th floor :

is for president and executives. 

On rooftop, there is a small garden.

Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho for the lead role of the upcoming SBS Drama "Heirs"

A-list actors Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho confirmed to be cast in new drama together!

According to Park Shin Hye's entertainment agency SALT, the two are scheduled to star in SBS upcoming 20-episode romance drama 'Heirs' as the leads.

The two actors will be working with writer Kim Eun Sook is considered a genius drama scriptwriter who gave birth to famous drama scripts such as Gentlemen's Dignity and Secret Garden, and Kang Shin Hyo PD, who has worked on dramas Midas and Tazza.

CNBLUE and Big Bang clash on the Top Two Ranks of the Oricon Weekly DVD Chart

Big Bang and CNBLUE took over Oricon′s Weekly DVD Chart with their concert DVDs.

According to Oricon on April 1, Big Bang′s Big Bang Alive Tour 2012 in Japan: Special Final in DomeDVD topped the music DVD chart after selling 36,000 copies.

The DVD, which was released on March 20, sold the most copies out of all Big Bang′s DVDs ever released in Japan. The group′s Big Bang Presents “Love & Hope Tour 2011″ had sold 35,000 copies in December 2011, 1,000 copies less than the most recent DVD.

CNBLUE′s DVD, which had landed on the no. 1 spot in the previous week, was pushed back this week to no. 2. Its Arena Tour 2012 ~ Come On!!! ~ @Saitama Super Arena DVD had previously topped Tower Records′ general DVD chart on the day of its release, March 20, and topped the Oricon′s Music DVD Chart.

The DVD contains CNBLUE′s live performances of 26 songs, including Come On, Time is Over and its Japan debut single In My Head.

Big Bang toured three domes in Japan, coursing through a total of six cities, while CN Blue held its first arena tour, in 2012.
