FNC rented the 2nd floor for FNC Academy
This building is “106 Building” and belong to Actor Ryu SiWon.
Ryu Siwon’s 106 building(total floor space: 1779.21 squared meters. 7 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.)
Its outlook is quite stylish just as the image of the owner, Hallyu Star Ryu Siwon.

It’s known that Ryu Siwon, who majored art at university, joined the project from the start, worked for the interior design and poured his love into it.
This building has the office of his management agency R’s company now and his racing team “Team 106”. Ryu Siwon himself uses the 7th floor as his personal work space.
